Departures

To ensure maximum safety, all passengers are required to show their ticket and passport at the Security Check-Point before entering the Terminal building. There is a designated visitors' waiting area, beyond which visitors are not allowed to pass.

Everyone entering the airport building, whether passengers or visitors, must pass through a security screening.

Luggage Assistance

Trolleys are available for your luggage. If you need assistance, porters are available to help for a small fee, both for departures and arrivals.

Inside the Terminal

Flight information screens display details of departures and arrivals for all flights. Air Congo also has a help podium in front of the check-in area, where the agent on duty will assist with any information you may require regarding your flights.

The agents can also assist with fulfilling specific requirements, such as:

• Requests for wheelchairs.
• Assistance for elderly passengers.
• Assistance for unaccompanied minors.
• Help for pregnant women.
• Support for passengers with infants, etc.

Facilities at Departures

Air Congo has a Customer Service Desk at Departures, where passengers can request information or assistance.

A variety of facilities are available to passengers while waiting for their flights, including:

• Duty-Free Shops offering a range of international and Congolese traditional goods.
• A selection of restaurants and cafes.
• An internet café.
• Bookshops featuring books about the DRC.
• A dedicated prayer area.
